Mr. Ballot will be representing me in his capacity as a licensed attorney, providing legal review and comment with respect to the draft employment agreements and related documents that I share with him, offering interpretive advice and negotiation guidance, as needed.
The limited scope of Mr. Ballot’s representation does not extend to any additional legal matters, and is time-capped at a consultation not to exceed 2 hours in duration, by phone or video conference.
This is not full legal representation, ongoing counsel, or advocacy in negotiations or litigation. I am encouraged to seek additional legal advice if needed.
All of my verbal and electronic communications with Mr. Ballot are protected as confidential by the attorney-client privilege and/or the work product doctrine.
I am aware that Mr. Ballot’s services are being paid by my former employer, but provided directly to me, as part of my outplacement benefits package.
Notwithstanding my former employer’s payment, I understand Mr. Ballot will exercise independent professional judgment exclusively on my behalf. My former employer has no right to direct, review, or influence Mr. Ballot’s services.
Mr. Ballot is not an employee of Partners In Human Resources International, LLC, but instead acts on an independent contractor basis.
Mr. Ballot’s services are offered on a non-exclusive basis and do not constitute a referral or endorsement by my former employer or Partners In Human Resources International, LLC.
